Brewer Attorneys & Counselors is seeking an exceptional Commercial Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated exceptional academic and personal achievement, thrive on the intensity of complex litigation, and possess top-notch writing skills.

We are looking for a talented individual with 3-8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution. Federal clerkship experience is preferred, along with experience on law review, journals, or moot court. Our ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Texas or New York.

The successful candidate will join our team of experienced litigators who have handled high-stakes cases in various substantive legal fields. They will be responsible for providing exceptional advice and counsel to achieve profitable resolutions of disputes in any area of law or commercial enterprise, both domestically and internationally.
