Patent Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join our intellectual property practice. The Patent Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with patent law, including filing and prosecuting patents, rendering patentability and clearance opinions, drafting patent applications, performing due diligence and other related legal services. Key requirements include expertise in Patent Law, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience with intellectual property litigation (optional). Admission to a state bar and registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office are required. Responsibilities: - Filing and prosecuting patents - Rendering patentability and clearance opinions - Drafting patent applications - Performing due diligence and other related legal services Qualifications: - Expertise in Patent Law - Excellent communication and analytical skills - Experience with intellectual property litigation (optional) - Admission to a state bar and registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office required - At least 3 years of experience in patent prosecution preferred
