Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and self-guided Probate Attorney to join our team. Must have at least two years of probate experience and be barred in Alaska or willing to become so. Requirements include J.D. from an ABA-accredited University, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Office Suite and Adobe. The attorney will directly represent clients in probate and estate planning, draft motions and pleadings, conduct legal research, and appear in court on behalf of clients.
