Business Litigation Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of business litigation experience, with a strong academic background and excellent research and writing skills. Responsibilities include attending mediations, court appearances, drafting pleadings and substantive motions, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

As a member of our Litigation Practice Area, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex business litigation matters and representing them in court proceedings. You will be responsible for conducting written discovery, depositions, and drafting pleadings and motions, as well as attending mediations and trials.
