Patent Agent/Technical Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a PatentAgent or Technical Advisor to join our Patent Prosecution & LitigationPractice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational and analytical abilities. Requirements include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, experience preparing and prosecuting applications in areas such as 5G, 6G, and semiconductors devices, and outstanding academic credentials.
