Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic associate to join our hands-on litigation team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings strong intellectual curiosity, and is eager to take an active role in all aspects of litigation. Key requirements include licensure in North Carolina, a JD from an accredited law school, and research, writing, and advocacy skills. We have experience representing clients in various types of litigation, including consumer class actions, trademark, trade dress, copyright infringement, and employment disputes.
