We are seeking a skilled Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facility Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Advise on compliance with regulations and laws governing nursing homes and assisted living facilities. - Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to these facilities. - Represent the facility in legal proceedings as needed. Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing. - Experience working with nursing home and assisted living facilities is preferred but not required.
