Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Senior Attorney with 5+ years of personal injury law experience. The ideal candidate will be a trial lawyer who is comfortable in a courtroom, skilled at working independently but recognizing when to seek help, and naturally interested in people and good at establishing and sustaining client relationships. Key responsibilities include providing excellent personal injury law services to clients, following firm standards of practice, taking effective statements from clients and third parties, educating clients about the phases of a case, preparing and training clients in best practices for depositions and court appearances, and demonstrating leadership by exemplifying the firm's values.
