Join McDonald Hopkins LLC as a Counsel/Member - Government Contracts attorney, providing expertise in federal government contracting, bid protests, claims, regulatory compliance, and internal investigations. Requirements include experience with SBA regulations, False Claims Act issues, and organizational conflicts of interest. Must be able to negotiate prime and subcontracts, teaming agreements, and mentor-prot g agreements. Portable business skills are necessary.
