Lateral Attorney - Tax Credit Finance

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced lateral attorney to join our Tax Credit Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance. Key qualifications include exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate, solve complex problems, and work collaboratively with partners and associates. Must be admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in one of these areas of practice. Salary range: $180,000-$300,000+ per year, with flexible paid vacation leave and profit-sharing benefits.
