Innovation Lawyer - Finance

Job Description:

This role is key to driving AI transformation across BCLP's Corporate & Finance Transactions (CFT) Department. You will develop and drive forward AI strategy and enablement for transactional lawyers, with a focus on finance work.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying highest value use cases for using AI across Finance Teams

Standardizing and scaling successful AI solutions

Serving as a dedicated resource for lawyers seeking AI support

Assisting in the adoption of AI-enabled workflows through proactive outreach and hands-on support

Developing web content highlighting strategies for leveraging AI throughout matter cycles

Evaluating firm-wide technologies that support delivery of client work within Finance Teams.

A finance lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in a large US national or international law firm is required, as well as a keen interest in AI and proven track record of using technology to support legal practice.
