Labor & Employment Law Attorney

Job Description:
Join Bush & Bush Law Group as a Labor & Employment Law Attorney. Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Conduct internal investigations and compliance audits for employer clients. Key responsibilities include: managing cases from intake through resolution, drafting and reviewing employment agreements, and staying current with evolving labor and employment law trends and changes. Requirements include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school in the United States, licensure to practice law in Texas, minimum 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, proven experience handling cases involving sexual harassment and/or workplace assault, strong litigation and advocacy skills, excellent legal writing and research abilities, and comfort working independently and within a collaborative team.
