As a vital member of our labor and employment practice group, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the senior partner, assisting clients in navigating complex labor and employment matters. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and advising clients on labor and employment issues. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of overall experience managing cases, overseeing discovery, taking depositions, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing motions. CA Bar admission is required, as well as strong legal writing and research skills, ability to supervise matters throughout the life cycle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
