Labor & Employment Associate

Job Description:

Labor and employment law experience preferred. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.

We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience to join our Indianapolis office. As a Labor and Employment Associate, you will work closely with our clients to provide legal guidance on labor and employment matters. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on labor and employment laws

- Represent clients in court cases

- Draft legal documents and agreements

- Conduct research on labor and employment laws

- Provide training to clients on labor and employment best practices
