We seek a dynamic and motivated individual with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and California bar licensure. Ideal candidate has 0-5 years of experience practicing law, proficient in drafting legal documents, and strong research skills.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with partners and paralegals to move probate files
Non-litigation court appearances related to probate matters
Draft pleadings and correspondence
Conduct legal research
Experience in estate planning, trust, or probate law preferred.
