Required qualifications include being licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar, experience drafting motions, knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence, hard work ethic, ability to draft documents, and conduct research effectively. Preferred qualifications include New Mexico licensing and bilingual skills.
