Job Description:
We are seeking a litigation associate attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to manage a large caseload effectively. Key responsibilities include reviewing legal documents, making court appearances, managing clients, and drafting discovery requests. A prior experience in litigation and appraisal/valuation issues is preferred.
