Job Description:
Orrick is seeking a Senior Career Associate with 8+ years of civil litigation experience to support the litigation teams in our Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement (SAGE) group. Key responsibilities include developing case strategy, driving fact development efforts, drafting motions to dismiss and other litigation documents, and some discovery. Opportunities also exist for working on financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation and enforcement matters. The Career Associate program offers top legal talent an alternative to the partner track while providing opportunities for cutting-edge and deeply substantive legal work. Compensation and benefits include a competitive salary range of $210,000 to $275,000, as well as comprehensive health benefits, mental well-being programs, child and family care benefits, short- and long-term disability benefits, flexible spending accounts, and a 401K program.
