Key areas of focus include estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, corporate transactions, corporate governance, employment law, litigation, IRS and state and local tax audit and tax dispute resolution. Ideal candidates are team players who are curious, technologically oriented, and intellectually flexible. We offer excellent salary packages for associates, including origination bonuses and profit sharing.
