Family Law Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our Virginia Beach office. Your caseload will be around 50-70 files. We offer predictable hours, excellent work/life balance, and a competitive benefits package.

As an attorney at our firm, your responsibilities include gathering evidence and testimony from clients, developing and implementing legal strategies, establishing strong collaborative relationships with clients and staff, maintaining clear documentation, and negotiating effectively on behalf of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree and current Virginia law license, sound knowledge of Virginia family, criminal, and traffic law, experience negotiating with an assertive approach to resolution, ability to work independently and as part of a team, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
