Seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities include directing legal decisions, communicating with clients and medical providers, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial. Requirements include 3-5 years of litigation experience in Texas personal injury cases, with 1st Chair Experience preferred. Your Qualifications & Skills: - Licensed to practice law in State of Texas - 3 to 5 years of litigation and trial experience in Texas personal injury cases - 1st Chair Experience (preferred) - Experience handling contested motions, depositions, and mediation - Computer literate with document drafting and e-filing skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work more than 40 hours per week as needed.
