International Employment Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. International counseling experience is strongly preferred. This associate will conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions; advise on employment policies and practices; draft and negotiate employment, retention and related agreements; advise on reductions in force and other employee terminations; and provide advice and counsel to clients ranging from emerging growth to Fortune 500 companies in all aspects of employment law. Key requirements include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a nationally recognized law school, be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction in which applying, and have 3+ years of employment counseling experience (domestic and/or international).
