Job Description:
We seek an experienced Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in construction litigation to join our Construction and Government Contracting Practice Group. Responsibilities include handling a diverse caseload, drafting legal documents, conducting research, collaborating with clients and colleagues, managing multiple priorities, and meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, 5-7 years of litigation experience in construction litigation, admission to practice in New York and New Jersey, exceptional legal writing skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
