Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an attorney with 1-5 years of experience or 5-10 years of experience (preferably with supervisory experience) to join Braaten Law Firm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working for farmers, ranchers, and rural communities, and will need to be self-reliant and seize responsibility. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting research, attending meetings, defending depositions, preparing for trials, and maintaining advanced knowledge of legal technology. Essential qualifications include a strong work ethic, interest in fast-paced complex litigation, excellent academic record, and writing ability.
