Job Description:
We seek a MD-licensed lawyer to join our litigation team. This attorney will work on catastrophic injury cases from start to finish, taking and defending depositions, handling personal injury matters, and working with experts.
Candidate must have experience in Rules of Civil Procedure, complex personal injury matters, nursing home cases, and medical malpractice claims.
Responsibilities include investigating and vetting cases, drafting demand letters, filing lawsuits, conducting discovery, deposing witnesses and experts, and trying cases.
