Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced International Employment Associate to support our cross-border and global employment work. Key Responsibilities: Conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions, draft and negotiate employment agreements, provide advice and counsel to clients in all aspects of employment law. Requirements: JD from a nationally recognized law school, licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where applying, 3+ years of employment counseling experience (domestic and/or international), strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently, research and problem-solving skills.
