Job Description:
We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial prep and trial. Key responsibilities include: Day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation Drafting and filing of litigation documents, such as pleadings and motions Guiding clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Morgan & Morgan offers an excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
