Verrill is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their Business Law Group in Portland, Maine. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of private practice experience handling general corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and/or securities offerings.

Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, exceptional writing abilities, and outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
