Estate and Succession Planning Attorney is responsible for advising clients on estate planning matters, drafting legal documents, and managing business succession planning. The key responsibilities include drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys, Health Care Directives, irrevocable trusts, and business planning documents.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in complex Estate Planning matters, excellent written and oral presentation skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and sound judgment. They must be proficient in legal research services and possess organizational project management skills.
