Job Summary:

We are seeking a Labor and Employment Associate to join our team in Buffalo, Albany, Rochester, or Saratoga Springs. The successful candidate will represent public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and update employment-related documents.

Handle employment litigation matters.

Perform legal research on labor and employment laws.

Supervise and mentor junior associates.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
