Special Projects Lawyer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Special Projects Lawyer to join our Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant corporate experience. Key Responsibilities include: Assisting with company formations and preparing basic formation documents, supporting equity issuances for emerging growth and venture capital clients, assisting with consulting and employment agreements, managing Carta administration and upkeep, maintaining data rooms and document repositories for client matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on a wide variety of corporate matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
