Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Family Law Associate to join our Omaha office. Key Responsibilities include representing clients in family law matters, providing legal counsel and strategic guidance, drafting and filing legal documents, negotiating settlements, managing caseloads, conducting legal research, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging in firm-wide initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, active Nebraska license to practice law, 2-5+ years of experience practicing family law, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, high organization and detail-oriented capabilities.
