Tax Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Attorney to provide counsel on federal, state, and international tax issues, represent clients in disputes, and advise on tax planning strategies. Key Responsibilities include advising clients on complex tax matters, structuring business transactions to optimize tax outcomes, preparing and reviewing tax memoranda and client communications, representing clients in audits and litigation with IRS and state tax authorities, conducting due diligence and risk assessment for mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with accountants and internal legal teams, and staying updated on changes in tax laws. Qualifications include a J.D. from an accredited law school, active Bar membership in Florida, minimum of 3 years of relevant tax law experience, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused mindset.
