Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking, experienced attorney to help take our growing law firm to the next level! As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for developing case strategies with prospective clients and current clients, drafting letters and pleadings, reaching billing requirements, generating new cases, traveling to surrounding counties if needed, delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitoring their work, mentoring and inspiring other team members.
We are seeking an attorney who is fluent in English and Spanish, a member of the North Carolina State Bar, and has two or more years of legal experience as an attorney, preferably in family law. You will need to show initiative and have the capacity to handle cases and clients independently after a period of orientation and monitored work.
