Patent Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a Patent Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field. They will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent offices.

Responsibilities include:

* Drafting and prosecuting patent applications

* Conducting due diligence

* Providing strong time management skills and meeting internal and client-driven deadlines

* Demonstrating strong attention to detail, writing skills, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

The target annual pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 plus bonuses based on performance.
