Mid-Level Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in leveraged finance, credit transactions, and cross-border financings. Requirements include a Juris Doctor or foreign equivalent degree and licensure to practice law in the US or Canada. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, negotiate with clients and opposing counsel, and manage bank lending and restructuring transactions.
