Remove detained and removal defense matters focusing on independent case management with strategic guidance and collaboration. Develop strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills. Ensure high-quality representation for clients and families. Requirements: - Licensed attorney in good standing (Illinois preferred) - 3-5 years of immigration law experience with a focus on removal defense - Demonstrated experience handling detained cases independently - Familiarity with EOIR procedures and immigration court practice - Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills.
