Foreclosure Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Foreclosure Attorney to represent creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy and related litigation matters. Key responsibilities include collaborating with attorneys and support staff, reviewing client documents, drafting pleadings and motions, attending hearings and settlement conferences, and keeping clients informed of case statuses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, effective organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage priorities in a high-volume production environment. Requirements include a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, licensure in California or additional states, litigation experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
