Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Job Description:

The Portland office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our team and provide legal service in all aspects of labor and employment law. Key responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery, motions, and depositions, as well as managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

- Admitted to practice in Oregon

- 2-7 years of experience in employment law matters

- Prior employment litigation or counseling experience preferred

- Strong writing and analytical skills required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
