The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in business litigation, a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research and preparing comprehensive legal documents, developing effective litigation strategies, managing all aspects of litigation, and communicating effectively with clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management, representing clients in court, and providing regular updates on case progress and legal options.
