Construction Attorney

Job Description:

Join our team of attorneys representing construction clients in all facets of their businesses. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience with depositions, dispositive motions, and arbitrations, as well as experience litigating construction disputes.

You will evaluate and manage complex disputes, engage in risk management, develop litigation strategies, report to clients, and collaborate with multiple entities.

We seek a highly motivated candidate with excellent writing and oral communication skills, an academic record, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
