This is a bilingual job opportunity for an immigration attorney. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Attorney to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload and supervise assigned paralegals from intake through resolution. * Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, waivers, motions, appeals, and declarations. * Review and finalize case documents and submissions for accuracy and completeness. * Prepare clients for appearances and represent them at USCIS interviews, Immigration Court hearings, and other proceedings, including travel outside the Los Angeles area. * Maintain consistent and professional client communication in coordination with support staff. * Conduct legal consultations, both in-person and virtually, as needed. * Stay current on immigration law developments and apply changes to case strategy. * Follow firm policies and utilize case management systems effectively. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. * Active member in good standing of the California State Bar. * Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in immigration law, including: Removal defense and deportation proceedings. Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews. Family-based immigration. Consular processing.
