Associate Attorney

Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate Attorney who is eager to learn a variety of different types of law and work in a fast-growing firm focused on Client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with our clients based on trust, honesty and sound guidance; Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters; Research and interpret existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk; Prepare and review various agreements, contracts and other legal documents; Represent the organization and our clients in litigation, negotiations, and other matters where legal counsel is required; Coordinate with outside counsel to address issues requiring specialized legal input; Comply with all legal standards and regulations; Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field; Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school; Admission to the bar in the state of WI; Commitment to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and behaving ethically; Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and public speaking skills; Ability to negotiate, research and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
