Senior Family Law Attorney I

Job Description:

A high-level Senior Attorney I with 5+ years of law practice experience is sought after. The successful candidate will generate a substantial portion of their work through lead generation and marketing, as well as collaborate with other attorneys in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present at one event and one organization leadership event
• Generate a portion of own billable work
• Research complex legal issues
• Write memorandums, briefs, letters, and documents
• Market firm's services to prospective clients
• Perform discovery and due diligence
• Manage schedule for consults and closure of consults
• Close consults within Gravis range
• Ensure support staff productivity
• Actively engage in brand expansion through blogs, social media, and organization participation
• Bill 1500 hours annually with collections expected on 1400 hours of invoices worked

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the state of practice
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney
