Join a respected personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of personal injury matters. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, skilled in research, writing, and legal strategy, with a strong commitment to client advocacy. Manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Prepare demands, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Develop a case strategy and advise clients accordingly. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers. Supervise support staff as necessary. Maintain accurate and timely case records using legal case management software. Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies. Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, active license to practice law in Colorado, 3-5 years of litigation experience, trial and courtroom experience, strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. $110,000 - $140,000 yearly
