Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced attorney (2+ years in family law) to join our small boutique law practice. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple clients and effectively cope with the career s intrinsic stress. Key Responsibilities: * Confidently attend/handle court appearances on their own * Demonstrate investigative skills * Prepare forms and draft pleadings Requirements: * Full understanding of Family Law, including Dissolution of Marriage, child custody issues, child and/or spousal support issues, etc. * Complex legal research experience * Excellent writing ability * Ability to effectively propound and respond to discovery * Ability to attend and take depositions We are looking for a personable and professional candidate who shares in our firm s commitment to the highest ethical standards.
