Litigation Associate

Job Description:

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our Oklahoma City office. We are looking for an ideal candidate with four to six years of experience in complex commercial litigation, strong research and writing skills, and a proven track record of success in the courtroom.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and management skills, able to manage assignments and deadlines efficiently within a fast-paced environment. A Juris Doctorate (JD) is required, as well as licensure to practice law in Oklahoma. Experience in oil and gas work is a plus, but not required.

This role involves sedentary work with occasional standing and walking, and requires close visual acuity to perform tasks such as preparing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
