Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified associate candidate with at least 3 years of relevant asset management regulatory experience. Our investment funds attorneys provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to investment advisers, family offices, and other financial institutions around the globe. Key responsibilities include advising on Investment Company Act issues, reviewing SEC examinations and investigations, and working closely with our white collar litigation department.

Private equity and hedge fund formation experience is also helpful. The group s investment funds attorneys work closely with clients to structure complex corporate transactions involving investment advisers and investment funds.
