Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing tax associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working on transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions and partnership structuring. Significant federal income tax experience is required. State tax experience and experience with tax-exempt organizations are significant plus. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The pay range is $220,000 - $260,000.
