Banking Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level Banking Attorney to join our Financial Institutions Group at Warner. Responsibilities include representing banks and other financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate and banking matters. Requirements include J.D. from an accredited law school, 7+ years of experience providing legal advice to banks and other financial institutions, significant background in M&A, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate and banking matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and support transaction teams, build client trust, and foster long-term relationships. Exceptional communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills are required.
